The MasterHand Training Workshops are designed for teachers aspiring to educate adults and pregnant mothers and children between the ages of 0 to 3 years old.
At the end of each workshop, participants will have the skills and knowledge to deliver the MasterHand Early Education & Development Curriculum to targeted groups of adults and young learners (babies, toddlers and young children).
There are 6 main training workshops related to each of the specialized early education modules.
Pregnancy Training Workshop
Overview
This training programme will hone the participant's knowledge of fetal development and will give each trainer the understanding and skills needed to deliver the MasterHand prenatal class. Trainers will also learn how to build the foundation of bonding between the parent and child and ways to nurture the baby's growth development even before the baby is born.

The Baby Yoga Training Workshop
Overview
The workshop will train participants to deliver Baby Yoga lessons for parents' practical application and daily use. A range of creative methods of delivering yoga techniques and skills to develop communication are taught. At the end of the course, participants will learn different poses for both parents and children and will have the knowledge to empower parents and their babies through MasterHand Baby Yoga classes.

Massage Training Workshop
Overview
This training workshop will enable participants to learn the basic application methods of baby massage using innovative approaches in order to conduct the MasterHand Baby Massage programme for learners aged 0-12 months. Trainers will learn about the key benefits of massage for babies in terms of strengthening the immune system and developing motor skills and for parents in terms of healing post-natal depression and strengthening bonds.

Music Garden Training Workshop
Overview
Research had shown that music boosts children's learning positively and stimulates their brain function to organize thoughts and behaviours. This workshop trains participants to conduct music and movement in a fun and innovative manner. Participants will be equipped with knowledge and skills to conduct MasterHand Music Garden Programme to learners aged 0-3 years of age.

Creative Art Training Workshop
Overview
This training programme will highlight the importance of art in fostering creativity in young learners aged from 3 months to 3 years and supporting the communication channel between the child and their parents. Teachers will have a chance to explore different materials and art application techniques, suitable for each level. Trainers will also demonstrate effective crafts and household materials which can be used as tools for artistic expression. Participants will learn about printing, stamping, spaghetti writing, body prints, collage and will explore a range of art materials such as paints, pastels, glitters, sequins, stamps and chalk.

Sign Language & Phonics Training Workshop
Overview
This training course will cover the topics of sign language and phonics in theory and give teachers logical teaching instruction guidelines. The workshop will highlight the importance of these components for language development in young leaners and techniques in developing early literacy will be discussed and practiced.
Participants will develop the knowledge, understanding and skills required to deliver MasterHand Sign Language and Phonics classes using relevant materials to learners aged 3 months to 3 years of age.
